SYNOPSIS: This bill would repeal various sections of the Code of Alabama 1975, which are obsolete, unenforceable, or that no longer have purpose or relevance.

Examples:

Section 3-1-20, Code of Alabama 1975, relating to sale or purchase of animals or fowl after dark.

Section 3-1-23, Code of Alabama 1975, relating
to the burning of the teeth of a horse, mule, etc.

Section 9-11-235.1, Code of Alabama 1975,
relating to hunting raccoons or opossums at night.

Sections 9-11-247 and 9-11-248, Code of Alabama
1975, relating to “coon on the log” contests.

Section 9-11-262, Code of Alabama 1975,
relating to bounties on beavers.
