Cotromano animal cruelty case: witnesses testify, defense continues spin

Tuesday, November 23rd, finally brought forward-movement in the Terra Cotromano criminal animal cruelty case. Witnesses testified during the hearing and the defense attorney continued his efforts to cloud the main issue of animal cruelty.

As the hearing began, defense attorney Lawden Yates put forth a motion to suppress evidence and dismiss the case. This would mean that prosecutorial evidence could not be made public and the case would be dropped.

Attorney Yates contended that two T.E.A.R.S. (The Emergency Animal Rescue Service) board members had a personal vendetta against Ms. Cotromano. That their actions aimed at Ms. Cotromano ultimately harmed the resident animals.

    It would be most helpful if the news were delivered in an objective and unbias fashion.
    Can you at least have the judicial system make a determination as to whether someone is guilty or not? Is it only the articles against Terra the onew that get published here?
